• $18.86 6 months to 1 year

• $19.93 After 1 full year.

• Longevity plan kicks in after 1 year with incremental raises.

• 12 hour shifts, 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next. OT paid for anything over 40 hours.

• PTO Time and Double Time for worked Holidays (after being released from training)

• TCRS (Retirement) Fully paid by the district

• Health Insurance premium is fully paid by the district. You can pick from the plans from Premier PPO to HDLP's, BCBS or Cigna. If you choose the HDLP plan the district front-loads an HSA card with $3,000 for co-pays etc.
